Coyote Creek Consulting Announces the Introduction of Remote Monitoring and Management Services

MILPITAS, California, February 3, 2009 – Coyote Creek Consulting, a leading Silicon Valley IT consulting firm, has expanded its managed services practice to include 24/7 remote IT monitoring and management services for companies with 100+ employees. Through this service Coyote Creek will proactively manage their clients’ IT environments, keeping their networks and email systems up and running.

All aspects of the new monitoring and management service will be done remotely, including both detecting and fixing problems as they arise. Coyote Creek has provided similar managed services on-site for over five years, handling everything from very complex, large-scale email environments to the needs of medium-sized enterprises.
