Operations Support Analyst
Job Description
If you are Sr. level Desktop Support or entry-level Operation Systems Admin who would like the opportunity to work on a growing operations team supporting multiple clients, Coyote Creek Consulting wants to talk to you. We already support Exchange 2003 for global enterprises, and were looking for ambitious professionals to join our team to expand our monitoring and operations team.
Our support center is responsible for more than 150 Exchange 2003 servers supporting more than 100,000 mailboxes.
We operate 24x7x365 days per year.
This position requires working shifts including nights.
Our innovative work hours allow our Operation Support Analyst to maximize their free time every week, in order to achieve work/family balance and pursue other interests.
As an Operation Support Analyst you will be responsible for the administration of multiple applications and messaging infrastructures located at facilities across multiple clients, including testing, deployment, troubleshooting and maintenance. Specifically, your responsibilities will include:
• Maintaining and managing multiple clients environments.
• Resolving all Level 2 & 3 escalation issues, and establishing development, system changes, or procedures to prevent further problems.
• Researching new methods for enhancing performance and reliability.
• Creating and maintaining detailed documentation.
• Performance optimization tuning and capacity planning efforts.
Required Skills
Candidates must have:
• Entry-Level knowledge of the Exchange architecture.
• A good understanding of Windows Server.
• Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
• A desire to learn and willingness to follow procedures.
Qualifications:
• B.S. and/or MS in Computer Science is strongly preferred. MCSE is a big plus.
• 1 - 2 years experience with Windows 200(X) & Exchange Infrastructure.
